Summer cake deliveries

Due to heat of summer in both local and long distance shipping, we advise against ordering fruit filling or light, whipped frostings except for local and/or ferry pick-ups due the possibility of spoilage (especially fruit fillings) and/or damage in the shipping process. During the hottest months of the year, fruit fillings and butter-based whipped frostings often cannot survive intact the 2-3 day shipping process. Rather than you have disappointed in your purchase, we prefer to warn you in advance of possible issues. Thank you in advance for your understanding!

Prices

All of the above traditional flavors are available for $25.00 plus shipping costs. Custom and specialty cakes are priced according to ingredients and any extra items, i.e.decorations, etc. and prices will be quoted on an individual basis. We ship via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested and all shipping rates listed on your invoice are based on those rates. For more than 4 cakes in one order or if you require a different shipping method, please designate your shipping preference and we will then send you an invoice for the correct shipping amount. For those within driving distance of Crisfield, Md., we can arrange to ship your cake aboard a local ferry for pickup at the City Dock in Crisfield.

While we will ship all flavors, bear in mind that some flavors will fare better in the shipping process. The traditional chocolate and the chocolate-peanut butter cakes are among the best shippers. We take great care in packaging to get your cake to you in "fresh out of the oven" shape.

You can also submit any questions or special instructions there. We accept PayPal, personal check and money orders. Please be aware that if you are paying by check or money order, your order will not be prepared and shipped until payment is received.

Chocolate Whip - yellow cake with whipped chocolate buttercream frosting

Chocolate Peanut Butter - yellow cake with cooked chocolate frosting and chocolate/peanut butter filling

Orange - yellow cake with cooked orange frosting is also an island favorite

Pineapple - yellow cake with pineapple filling available with cooked pineapple frosting or whipped buttercream pineapple frosting
